(Danville) — Danville Police are investigating a robbery that happened Wednesday afternoon at Danville Mall. The victim tells police he was robbed of his watch while in a restroom at the mall.
He describes the robber as a black male with dark hair wearing a blue dress shirt, black casual/dress style pants, black shoes, and carrying what appeared to be a shoulder bag. He fled the scene in a late 1990s, early 2000s tan-colored Ford minivan. It was last seen turning onto Piedmont Drive.
Anyone with information on the robber is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 434-793-0000. If your information leads to an arrest and conviction, you could be eligible for a cash reward.
