(Danville) — Danville Police are investigating a Tuesday morning armed robbery at a convenience store on the north side of town.
It happened at around nine AM Tuesday at Charlie’s Stop and Shop on Franklin Turnpike. The clerk says two men walked into the store with handguns and demanded money. They took an undisclosed amount of cash and drove away in a black BMW. No shots were fired and no one was hurt.
