(Danville) — No one was hurt in an early Monday morning fire at a Danville business.
The Danville Fire Department got the call just after three-thirty Monday morning from 668 Arnett Boulevard. That’s the offices of Pennywise Cleaners, across the street from Tiny Town Golf.
The first units saw smoke and fire coming from a window and door on the left side of the one-story building. Crews went in to attack the fire while another crew searched for possible victims. None were found and crews were able to douse the fire. Crews were on the scene for nearly two hours.
Three engines, a ladder truck, a safety officer and a chief officer responded. The Danville Fire Marshal’s office is investigating the cause of the blaze.
